The national model integrates terrain, rivers, lakes, geology, soils, land use, meteorology, vegetation, and observations across Japan. It represents connected surface-water and groundwater processes in three dimensions. The Webmap publishes model outputs at a representative resolution of approximately 500 m.

Global

3D Global Water-Cycle Model

The global model integrates worldwide terrain, rivers, lakes, geology, soils, land use, meteorology, vegetation, and observations. It represents connected surface-water and groundwater processes in three dimensions. The Webmap publishes model outputs at approximately 20 km global resolution.
